These are the emails showing the timeline that CM Robert Eads and HR/Interim Finance Director Pam Sanders knew of the problems Charles Lino was embroiled in at his then current job as Pecos City's CM and continued with the hiring process anyway.
These are all the emails sent by the City of Elgin Secrectary Peyton Standifer including multiple duplicates.
These are the supporting hiring documents. I am still waiting on the application and background check. These were requested in the intial request but were either inadvertently left off or withheld. I have reminded the City Secretary that there are outstanding items still with the original request.
